在舞蹈艺术发展的长河中,古今中外的老一辈舞蹈家们通过孜孜不倦的探索,总结出许多宝贵的教学经验,探索出一些行之有效的教学方法与训练方法,为我们留下了一笔宝贵的文化遗产。其中,“整体性舞蹈教学法”特别适合于幼儿园的舞蹈教学。所谓“整体性舞蹈教学法”,就是把生理、心理与舞蹈形象三者统一起来的教学方法。在某种意义上讲,舞蹈是整体的活动,正确的舞蹈是呼吸、共鸣、意念与良好的心理状态以及对音乐形象准确地表达等诸多因素共同协调、配合而成的。只有达到整体的协调,把各部分充分调动起来,达到最佳状态,使舞蹈者全身心地投入到用身体语言的传情达意
