柴油机喷油嘴针阀与针阀体卡死,大多在开启和关闭两种位置。维修实践证明,在开启位置卡死约占80%以上。现仅就喷油嘴在开启位置卡死故障的原因与预防,诊断与排除介绍如下。
Diesel injector needle and needle stuck, mostly in the open and closed two positions. Maintenance practice shows that stuck in the open position accounts for about 80%. Now only on the nozzle in the open position stuck cause of the failure and prevention, diagnosis and troubleshooting are described below.
