在课堂教学的各种构成要素中,教师的教和学生的学是两个最为重要的要素,两者和谐平衡才有可能实现有效教学。有效教学,要求在教师的主导作用与学生的主体发挥上求得平衡,在教师的教学过程与学生学习的过程上求得平衡,同时也要求在教师专业成长与学生学业发展上求得平衡。教学过程既是一个教学生“学会学习”的过程,也是一个教教师“学会教学”的过程。有效教学既依赖于教师有效地教,也依赖于学生有效地学。教师和学生作为教学的两个最重要的要素,应该和谐共存,平等相待,互动互惠,在一个动态开放的教学过程中,互相作用,互相交流。共同承担着信息的传递、加工、生成和共享工作,实现课堂生态系统的可持续发展。上海市延吉初级中学围绕这个“平衡”作了大量的探索,取得了可喜的成绩,值得我们借鉴!
