建立了超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定大鼠灌胃给予参松养心胶囊后胆汁中的芍药苷、斯皮诺素和五味子甲素。采用Waters UPLC C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%甲酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,正离子多反应监测(MRM)。芍药苷、斯皮诺素和五味子甲素分别在24.6~1 720、28.6~1 430和2.8~700 ng/ml范围内线性关系良好,提取回收率为88.7%~100.9%,基质效应为91.28%~102.70%,日内和日间RSD均小于6.22%,相对误差为-6.58~7.51%。
A HPLC-MS / MS method was established for the determination of paeoniflorin, spinosin and schisandrin A in rats after intragastric administration of Shensong Yangxin Capsule. Waters UPLC C18 column, acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid as mobile phase, gradient elution, positive ion multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). Paeoniflorin, Spinosin and Schisandrin A had good linearity in the range of 24.6-1 720.28.6-1 430 and 2.8-700 ng / ml, respectively. The extraction recovery was 88.7% -100.9% and the matrix effect was 91.28% ~ 102.70%. The intra-day and inter-day RSD were less than 6.22% and the relative error was -6.58 ~ 7.51%.
