采用乙醇 水为体系进行全回流操作 ,在汽相为湍流状态下对降膜蒸馏塔塔内带有部分冷凝和部分汽化及绝热时的传质特性进行了系统的研究和分析 ,并得出了其相应的传质系数关联式 ,以期为研究DistillationwithSecondaryRefluxandVaporization(简称SRV)以及模拟其节能情况提供一定的理论依据
Ethanol water was used as the system for total reflux operation. The mass transfer characteristics of the falling film distillation column with partial condensation and partial vaporization and adiabatic conditions were systematically studied and analyzed under the condition of vapor phase turbulent flow. The corresponding correlation coefficient of mass transfer coefficient, in order to provide some theoretical basis for the study of Distillation with Secondary Reflux and Vaporization (SRV) and simulation of its energy saving
