应用美国ATL公司Ultramark-8型超声诊断仪测定了20名正常人和高血压病各期共52例的房室腔内径、室间隔与左室后壁厚度。与对照组比较,Ⅰ期高血压病左房扩大,室间隔与左室后壁亦有增厚趋势;Ⅱ、Ⅲ期高血压病除上述变化加重外,右室内径增大,Ⅲ期高血压病左室腔显著扩大。作者认为,Ⅰ期高血压病左房扩大,可能是室间隔与左室壁增厚引起在室舒张功能下降的代偿性结果;Ⅱ期高血压病右室内径扩大则可能与室间隔及左心系统变化加重并通过心脏几何构型异常变化和肺循环阻力升高等机制有关;左室腔显著扩大和右室内径进一步增大,是Ⅲ期高血压病全心功能受损的结构基础。
The ultrasonography of Ultramark-8 of ATL Company was used to determine the atrioventricular cavity diameter, interventricular septum and left ventricular posterior wall thickness in 20 normal subjects and 52 hypertensive stages. Compared with the control group, the left atrium enlargement of Ⅰ-stage hypertension, ventricular septal and left ventricular posterior wall thickening trend; Ⅱ, Ⅲ hypertensive disease in addition to the above changes, the right ventricular diameter increased, stage Ⅲ hypertension Left ventricular cavity was significantly enlarged. The author believes that Ⅰ-phase hypertension left atrium enlargement may be caused by ventricular septal and left ventricular wall thickening caused by decreased diastolic dysfunction in compensatory results; Ⅱ hypertensive right ventricular diameter may be enlarged and interventricular septum and left Cardiac system changes aggravate and through the abnormal changes in cardiac geometry and pulmonary vascular resistance and other mechanisms related to the significant expansion of the left ventricle and right ventricular diameter increased further, is the structural basis of cardiac dysfunction in patients with stage Ⅲ hypertension.
