通过ANSYS Workbench对ZLJ-15机载临时支护装置的结构和功能进行优化设计,该临时支护装置具有较大的支护力和闭锁安全功能,能够与EBZ系列掘进机匹配安装使用,从根本上改变了传统临时支护的功能和形式,从而优化了支护工艺,降低了劳动强度,缩短了工序时间,提高了掘进效率和安全系数,为综掘巷道的快速掘进和安全施工提供了条件,极大地促进了临时支护技术在综采设备中的发展应用。
