2007年9月1日,“小店区搬掉39名校长‘铁交椅’”这样一则新闻赫然映入大家的眼帘,引起了社会各界对太原市小店区教育局公开选拔中小学校长一事的广泛关注。推行校长聘任制是教育人事制度改革的方向性选择,围绕太原市小店区全面推行校长聘任制一事,本期主持人特意邀请了小店区教育局局长,几所学校刚上任的校长或继续留任的校长,还有几所学校的教师,以及对此事件关注的教育界其他有关人士作为嘉宾参与本期话题,以期通过本期话题从多角度解读小店区推行的校长聘任制。
On September 1st, 2007, a news about the removal of 39 school principals from the Xiaodian District was impressively caught in everyone’s eyes. This caused the public to publicly select primary and secondary schools for the Xiaodian District Education Bureau of Taiyuan City. The principal’s concern has been extensive. The implementation of the appointment system for principals is the directional choice for the reform of the education and personnel system. With regard to the full implementation of the principal appointment system in Xiaodian District of Taiyuan City, the present host specially invited the Director of the Education Bureau of Xiaodian District, the principals of several schools that have just taken up or continue. The remaining principals, teachers from several schools, and other relevant persons in the education sector who are concerned about this incident are invited to participate in the topic of this issue, with a view to analyzing the principal’s appointment system implemented in the Xiaodian District from various angles through this issue.
