国资国企改革任重道远,改革发展的关键是企业家,是要有一支高素质的人才队伍2013年是全面贯彻落实党的十八大、市第十次党代会精神和新一届上海市政府的开局之年,是实现“十二五”发展目标承上启下的重要一年,同时也是上海“创新驱动、转型发展”的关键时期。上海市委、上海市政府非常关心上海国资国企的改革发展,市委常委会将“深化本市国资国企改革”列为今年6项重点调研课题之一,上海市政府把“深化国资国企改革、优化国资行业布局、不断提高国有企业市场化水平和国际竞争力”作为今年的重点工作之一。我们一定要结合实际,进一步增强使命感、责任感和紧迫感,在工作中注意把握4个关系。
