常见有的单位开会时,正职讲了,副职又开始流水“作业”。内容重复,语言交叉,让人听起来特别无味,倍感厌烦。究其原因:有的领导语言表达能力差,同一个问题反复讲;或名利思想较重,认为话讲少了没水平;或者认为,别的领导讲了,自己不讲就没有威信。至于讲话与开会的内容是否相符,则不加思考,让与会者无所适从。笔者认为,这种现象应当纠正。事先,开会前领导们要在一起协商,主要讲什么,哪些事情需要重点讲,理出一个头绪,由一名主要领导或分管领导有针对性的讲清楚即可。切不可把开会当成“演讲”轮流坐庄,无边际地“神吹鬼侃”。

Prior to the meeting, the leaders should discuss the issues together, what are they to talk about, what they need to focus on, find out what the clues are, and whether the leader or the leader in charge should be targeted and clear. Must not treat the meeting as “speech ” Take turns taking turns, boundless “God blow ghost Kan ”.
