本文报告窥视下尿道内切及电切术治疗几种原因所致的尿道狭窄和(或)闭锁。分别介绍术前检查和准备、手术方法及治疗结果。对此种手术的适应证、禁忌证、引导方法及技术方法加以详细讨论。认为:在冷刀充分切开后,为减少尿道组织损伤,电刀只用于切割悬挂物和主要瘢痕;包括DVIU在内的各种治疗方法均不能完全互相取代。 This article reports peep urethral incision and resection of urethra due to several causes of urethral stricture and (or) atresia. Preoperative examination and preparation were introduced, surgical methods and treatment results. The indications, contraindications, guiding methods and technical methods of such surgery are discussed in detail. That: in the cold knife fully cut, in order to reduce urethral tissue damage, electric knife is only used to cut the dangling and the main scar; including DVIU, including a variety of treatment methods can not completely replace each other.
