为了解决某3 450mm生产线中厚板瓢曲浪形缺陷问题,本文应用ANSYS软件对中厚板各种浪形瓢曲缺陷进行了有限元仿真模拟计算,采用温度场对宽度方向上纵向延伸不一致的情况进行了模拟,获得了各种浪形屈曲模态,并与现场实际的板形瓢曲浪形进行了对比,两者符合较好;同时,获得了各种不同浪形的屈曲临界载荷条件和屈曲临界波长,并对中浪和边浪的主要影响因素进行了分析。在有限元仿真计算的基础上对现场的工艺措施进行了改进,调整了机组工作辊辊型和弯辊力使用策略,有效地减少了机组存在的中浪和边浪问题。
In order to solve the problem of wave-shaped defects in the plate-shaped plate of a 3 450mm production line, ANSYS software is used to simulate various kinds of corrugated plate defects in the plate.
