在民用飞机的研制过程中,基线建立后,工程更改难以避免。为了实时掌握飞机的最新研制技术状态,需要进行工程更改的构型管理。而工程更改控制流程是工程更改管理的核心,通过此流程,提取更改中的关键因素,权衡各因素的相互关系,最终提交合适的机构进行技术决策。
In the development of civil aircraft, after the establishment of the baseline, engineering changes can not be avoided. In order to keep abreast of the latest state of the art of aircraft development, configuration management of engineering changes is required. The engineering change control process is the core of engineering change management. Through this process, the key factors of the changes are extracted, the relationships among the factors are weighed, and finally submitted to the appropriate agencies for technical decision-making.
