一、思想政治工作要适应医院改革的变化 (一)思想政治工作要适应管理体制的变化 得力的改革措施会成为激发人们的动力,会给人们带来更多的利益。但同时也增加了人们的精神压力和风险感,造成不同程度的思想冲突,情感对立,利益摩擦,也会使一部分职工的利益暂时受到损失。这就要求思想政治工作必须采取各种方法理顺职工的情绪,减少矛盾、缓和冲突,达到稳定思想、激发干劲、发挥潜能、造就环境的作用。 (二)思想政治工作要适应职工价值观念的变化 改革给人们带来了价值观念的冲击,这种冲击具有双重效
