“七耳蚝”是我的家乡大嶝岛独有的特产,“七耳蚝仔粥”便理所当然成了大嶝岛独具魅力的风味小吃。它用料讲究,加工精细,汤清味美,人人吃了都舍不得放碗。大嶝蚝仔粥最讲究用料:蚝仔选用本地产的“石条蚝”,体小而均匀,肉黑鳃白,拈一个数一数,竟有七个鳃(耳),这就是有名的“大嶝七耳蚝”。由于大嶝海域远离城镇,海水未受污染,水质极佳,因而所产石蚝的质量也是别处无法比拟的,用它来熬粥,当然是一流的味道,一流的享受。
