本文叙述了抗拉强度为80kg/mm~2(785MPa)级的超低氢型手工电焊条——GHH80的设计与研究过程,提出了采用“多元碳酸盐-复合氟化物-二氧化硅-微量稀有元素”组合的除氢途径和 Mn-Ni-Cr-Mo合金系统的强韧化作用。此外,对有关焊接规范对焊缝金属机械性能的影响,也作了某些探讨。
This article describes the design and research process of the ultra-low hydrogen type manual electrode, GHH80, with a tensile strength of 80kg / mm ~ 2 (785MPa) Trace rare elements "combination of hydrogen removal pathway and Mn-Ni-Cr-Mo alloy system toughening effect.
