人事档案是企事业单位档案信息的重要组成部分,对现代企业的壮大与发展有着十分重要的影响。随着我国人才市场的逐渐完善与计算机技术的不断发展,传统的企事业单位人事档案管理模式与管理理念面临着巨大的挑战,将人事档案管理由传统的人事管理转变为人力资源管理成为企业人事档案管理的发展趋势。本文就当前企事业单位在人事管理中存在的不足进行分析,并提出创新人事管理模式的几点建议,希望对相关企业管理人员有所帮助。
