本文主要探讨了麦类赤霉病菌的子囊壳形成能力的菌株间差异、子囊壳形成所需要的主要环境条件及子囊壳形成的培养方法。结果表明:供试的248个菌株之间的子囊壳形成能力有很大的差异;子囊壳形成所需要的光源是紫外光(波长:300~400nm),每天光照时间为2小时以上,培养温度为21℃左右。
In this paper, we mainly discussed the differences between strains of the ability to form the capsid shell of Fusarium graminearum, the main environmental conditions required for the formation of the capsid shell, and the culture methods of the formation of the capsid shell. The results showed that there were great differences in the formation ability of the ascochyma between the 248 strains tested. The light source required for the formation of the ascochlea was UV light (wavelength: 300-400nm), the daily illumination time was over 2 hours, the culture temperature About 21 ℃.
