由于教师职业自身的特殊性,导致近年来我国的教师岗位承受较多的压力。首先对造成初中教师职业压力的原因进行了阐述与分析,然后从教师自身、学校管理、社会等角度提出了初中教师对职业压力的应对策略,对教师职业发展具有参考意义。 Due to the particularity of the teacher’s career, the teachers’ posts in our country have to bear more pressure in recent years. First of all, it explains and analyzes the reasons that cause junior middle school teachers ’occupational stress, and then puts forward the junior high school teachers’ strategies of coping with occupational stress from the perspectives of teachers themselves, school management and society. It has reference significance to the career development of teachers.
