本文从工程实际观点出发,考虑复合材料结构的特点、复合材料结构和金属结构之间的差异,讨论几个实际问题:复合材料结构的一种可能的铺层设计方案;复合材料结构的统计分析与可靠性设计;强加筋件加强的加劲圆柱壳稳定性;强度准则与断裂准则。给出几个有益的建议。为了加快工程应用步伐,应该紧紧围绕设计工程问题,以板、壳正交异性问题为主,开展工程性的理论和实验研究,特别要注意力学性能和较大模型件的实验研究。为减少结构初应力,应尽量采用对称铺层设计。
In this paper, from the engineering point of view, considering the characteristics of the composite structure, the differences between the composite structure and the metal structure, several practical problems are discussed: a possible ply design of the composite structure; statistical analysis of the composite structure And reliability design; reinforced stiffened stiffened cylindrical shell stability; strength criterion and fracture criterion. Give a few helpful suggestions. In order to speed up the pace of engineering applications, we should focus on the design engineering problems, the main problem of the orthotropic nature of the plates and shells, engineering theoretical and experimental research, with particular attention to mechanical properties and experimental study of larger model parts. In order to reduce the initial stress of the structure, the symmetrical ply design should be used as much as possible.
