针对光纤应力双折射理论与实际应用存在的差异，提出了一种简单而实用的基于偏振态检测技术的光纤应力双折射测量的方案，并用实验结果证明了其有效性．
Aiming at the difference between theory and practical application of optical fiber stress birefringence, a simple and practical scheme of optical fiber stress birefringence measurement based on polarization state detection technology is proposed. The experimental results show its effectiveness.
