薪酬是职业体育的核心要素。合理、科学的薪酬制度既是联赛顺畅运行的基本保障,也是衡量联赛发展水平的重要标尺。调查显示,中超联赛薪酬问题一直是制约其发展及壮大的瓶颈因素之一。运用文献资料、实证分析等方法,对当前我国中超联赛薪酬制度、分配模式及发放方式等进行深入分析,从激励性、公平性、合法性3个维度对其进行分析,最后归纳出薪酬不合理的主要原因在于:俱乐部缺乏长远规划,轻视青训体系建设;当前中超产业不完善;政府行政干涉过多;约束与激励机制缺失。
Salary is a core element of professional sports. Reasonable and scientific salary system is not only the basic guarantee for the smooth running of the league, but also an important measure of the league level of development. According to the survey, the remuneration of the Super League has always been one of the bottlenecks restricting its development and growth. By using the methods of literature and empirical analysis, this paper analyzes the current compensation system, distribution mode and payment method of Super League in China, and analyzes them from the three dimensions of motivation, fairness and legitimacy, and finally concludes that the compensation is unreasonable The main reason is: the lack of long-term planning clubs, contempt for the construction of the youth training system; the current super-industry is not perfect; excessive government administration interference; lack of restraint and incentive mechanisms.
