本文总结了对吸热型气氛热处理的控制所进行的试验研究。对气体制备吸热型气氛,推荐用红外线CO_2分析仪、PID调节器等组成的调节机构对发生炉气进行自动控制,用“二位法”控制工作炉气。提出在对工作炉气进行控制时必须考虑富化气对CH_4含量的影响。对液体制备吸热型气氛,探索了几种常用渗碳剂在井式炉和箱式炉中不同滴入量时炉气中的CO_2和CH_4的变化情况,并指出应该根据渗碳剂的各自特性来选用相应的控制方法。在尚无甲烷仪监视条件下,推荐了滴量控制法和相应的滴量器。
This article summarizes the experimental study on the control of endothermic atmosphere heat treatment. For the preparation of endothermic gas atmosphere, it is recommended to use infrared CO_2 analyzer, PID regulator and other components of the control mechanism of the generator gas to be automatically controlled, with the “two-bit method” to control the furnace gas.
