创新行为源于创新意识,没有创新意识,就不可能有创新行为。因此,高职院校在培养学生创新能力的过程中,必须首先树立创新意识,使创新意识成为一种自觉意识。创新意识不会自觉树立,它需要通过一系列制度安排及其实施才能形成,这些制度安排主要包括领导机制、组织机制、管理机制、激励机制、检查考评机制等。
Innovative behavior stems from the awareness of innovation, there is no sense of innovation, there can be no innovative behavior. Therefore, in the process of cultivating students’ innovative ability, the vocational colleges must first establish the sense of innovation and make the sense of innovation become a conscious consciousness. Innovation consciousness will not be consciously established. It needs to be formed through a series of institutional arrangements and its implementation. These institutional arrangements mainly include the leadership mechanism, the organizational mechanism, the management mechanism, the incentive mechanism, the examination and evaluation mechanism.
