热力除氧是火力发电厂采用最广泛的给水除氧方式。以往,火电厂多采用淋水盘式除氧器,六十年代被喷雾填料式代替。与淋水盘式除氧器相比,喷雾填料式除氧器能适应大负荷的需要,对进水温度的要求也不高。1981年我们曾作过如图1、图2两类喷咀的冷态试验,取得了大量的特性数据(详见《除氧器喷咀冷态试验》一文)。这两类喷咀均属于机械旋流雾化喷咀。
