近年来,我国普遍推广甘薯经高温处理后贮藏的方法。高温处理种薯主要起促使伤口愈合增强抗性的作用。但对处理的温度和时间说法不一:有的说38—40℃持续96小时;也有说35—38℃持续48~72小时。对病菌杀伤效果也说法不一致。为了弄清不同处理对甘薯黑斑病菌三种孢子的萌发、菌落生长以及薯块不同深度菌丝的影响,我们于1977年进行了试验。 材料和方法 一、高温处理后孢子萌发对比观察:从本地黑斑病薯上分离,得纯菌种一管,同时移植在16管P.D.A.培养基上作斜面培养,
