目的探讨急性脑梗死大鼠脑组织p53和Bc l-2的变化及中药活脑康的保护作用。方法将40只健康W istar大鼠随机分为5组:正常对照组(A)、假手术组(B)、模型组(C)、活脑康治疗组(D)、步长脑心通组(E),采用线栓法制备局灶性脑缺血模型,应用免疫组化方法,测定各组p53和Bc l-2的表达水平及活脑康治疗后对其影响。结果活脑康能降低缺血周围区p53蛋白的表达,增高缺血周围区Bc l-2蛋白的表达,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论活脑康可抑制脑细胞凋亡,减轻缺血性损伤,保护损伤脑组织。
Objective To investigate the changes of p53 and Bcl-2 in brain tissue of rats with acute cerebral infarction and the protective effect of traditional Chinese medicine HuoNaoKang. Methods Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group (A), sham operation group (B), model group (C), Huo Nao Kang treatment group (D), and Buchang Naoxintong group. (E) A focal cerebral ischemia model was prepared by a thread suture method. Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression levels of p53 and Bcl-2 in each group and the effect of HuoNaoKang treatment. RESULTS: Nao Naokang could reduce the expression of p53 protein in the peripheral ischemic region and increase the expression of Bcl-2 protein in the peripheral ischemic region. There was significant difference compared with the model group (P<0.01). Conclusion Huo Nao Kang can inhibit brain cell apoptosis, reduce ischemic injury, and protect damaged brain tissue.
