为测定微喷头安装高度对水量分布的影响,选取流量稳定的单向射流旋转式微喷头(WPX90-250),测定其水力性能,并绘出3种不同安装高度下3种压力水头的水量分布。由此算出微喷头的有效喷洒直径和喷灌均匀系数,进而分析方差及组合均匀系数。结果表明,微喷头的安装高度、组合布置间距对喷头的水力性能影响较大;旋转式微喷头(WPX90-250)布置间距为2.5m、微喷头安装高度为90cm时组合均匀系数较高,喷洒效果较为理想。
In order to determine the influence of the installation height of micro-nozzle on the water distribution, a one-way rotating micro-nozzle (WPX90-250) with stable flow rate was selected to measure its hydraulic performance and the water distribution of three kinds of pressure heads was plotted under three different installation heights. The effective spray diameter and sprinkler uniformity coefficient of the micro-sprinkler were calculated, and then the variance and the combination uniformity coefficient were analyzed. The results show that the installation height and the arrangement spacing of the micro spray heads have a great influence on the hydraulic performance of the spray heads. The arrangement uniformity of the spray micro spray heads (WPX90-250) is 2.5 m and that of the micro spray heads is 90 cm. More ideal.
