研究了非调质钢49Mn VS3连铸坯中硫化物夹杂在不同加热温度和保温时间过程中尺寸和形态的变化。结果表明:加热温度对49Mn VS3钢中硫化物尺寸和形态有显著影响,900~1100℃保温后硫化物发生聚集长大行为;1200℃保温后硫化物平均尺寸最小且弥散分布;1300~1400℃保温后硫化物会发生熟化长大行为。为合理控制硫化物尺寸,轧制过程加热温度选择在1200℃。保温时间对49Mn VS3钢中硫化物尺寸有一定影响,1200℃最佳保温时间为2 h,此时硫化物尺寸最小。
The change of size and morphology of sulfide inclusions in non-quenched and tempered steel 49Mn VS3 slab at different heating temperatures and holding time were studied. The results show that the heating temperature has a significant effect on the size and morphology of sulfides in 49Mn VS3 steel, and the sulfides aggregate and grow after 900 ~ 1100 ℃. The average size of sulfides is the smallest and disperse after 1200 ℃, and 1300 ~ 1400 ℃ Sulfide aging occurs after incubation grow behavior. In order to control the sulfide size reasonably, the heating temperature of the rolling process is selected at 1200 ℃. The holding time has certain influence on the size of sulfide in 49Mn VS3 steel, and the optimum holding time at 1200 ℃ is 2 h, at this time the size of sulfide is the smallest.
