微量元素与冠心病发病密切相关 .临床上常用的治疗冠心病的中成药很多 ,但对该类药物中微量元素的含量及其微量元素与疗效的关系 ,国内外尚未见系统研究 .作者采用原子吸收分光光度法和氟离子选择性电极法分别测定了13种该类药物中钙、铜和氟的含量 ,结果显示药物中含有较丰富的氟、钙、铜元素 ,提示微量元素与药物疗效具有一定的功效关系 .本实验结果提供了 13种治疗冠心病中成药物中氟钙铜的含量 ,为临床医生更合理的用药 ,为药物学家进一步控制中成药的质量提供了科学的依据
Trace elements are closely related to the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease. There are many traditional Chinese medicines commonly used in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
