用结合 HRP 逆行标记法,研究了12只大鼠斜方肌群运动神经元的中枢定位及其树突构筑。斜方肌群受副神经脊髓根和脊神经的双重支配,支配斜方肌群的副神经脊髓根标记细胞定位于 C_1~C_6节段内;支配斜方肌群的脊神经标记细胞定位于 C_3~C_5节段。标记神经元的树突分布区域有:①自前角细胞核向背侧达脊髓灰质第Ⅶ板层;②伸向同侧外侧索;③伸向同侧白质前索;④自中央管腹侧、背侧超越正中线;⑤伸向脊髓中央管;⑥构成白质内上、下行的纤维。
The HRP retrograde labeling method was used to study the central location and dendritic structure of motor neurons in trapezius muscles of 12 rats. The trapezius muscle group was dominated by the dorsal root ganglion and the spinal nerve dorsal root ganglion. The root marker cells located in the C_1 ~ C_6 segments of the adductor nerve root tracts were located in C_3 ~ C_5 Segments.
