对pH摆动法制备的具有一定孔结构参数的拟薄水铝石,进行成型和焙烧制成γ-Al2O3载体,负载金属组分,制备成Mo-Ni-P重油加氢脱氮催化剂。试验考察了胶溶剂、焙烧温度对载体比表面积、孔体积、孔径分布等物化性质的影响,以及活性担载过程中催化剂的孔结构和物化性能的变化。在100mL反应装置上,以高含氮量的重质馏分油为原料,进行了加氢脱氮活性和稳定性试验,取得了较好的结果
Pseudo-boehmite with certain pore structure parameters prepared by pH swinging method was shaped and calcined to make γ-Al2O3 carrier, which was loaded with metal components to prepare Mo-Ni-P heavy oil hydrodenitrogenation catalyst. The effect of peptizer and calcination temperature on the physico-chemical properties such as specific surface area, pore volume and pore size distribution of the support was investigated. The pore structure and physico-chemical properties of the catalyst were also investigated. In the 100mL reactor, the high-nitrogen content of heavy distillate as raw material, the hydrodenitrogenation activity and stability of the test, and achieved good results
