从理论和实验分析讨论了全固态连续单频可调谐钛宝石激光器的输出功率与最佳耦合透射率以及腔内损耗之间的关系,并根据实验数据确定的腔内损耗和最佳透射率,设计和优化激光器,使其输出功率和稳定性都得到较大提高。当抽运功率为8 W,输出耦合镜的透射率为3.1%时,可调谐钛宝石激光器的输出功率达到2 W(792 nm),斜率效率为37.6%,1h内的功率稳定性优于±0.5%,波长调谐范围720~820 nm,激光器被锁定后,10 s内其频率稳定性优于±134 kHz,15 min内的频率稳定性优于±3.3 MHz。
From the theoretical and experimental analysis, the relationship between the output power of the all-solid-state continuous monotone tunable Ti: sapphire laser and the optimal coupling transmissivity and cavity loss is discussed. Based on the experimental data, the cavity loss and the best transmissivity are determined. Design and optimize the laser, the output power and stability have been greatly improved. When the pumping power is 8 W and the output coupling mirror is 3.1%, the output power of the tunable Ti: sapphire laser reaches 2 W (792 nm) and the slope efficiency is 37.6%. The power stability within 1 h is better than ± 0.5%. The tuning range of the wavelength is 720-820 nm. After the laser is locked, its frequency stability is better than ± 134 kHz within 10 s, and its frequency stability is better than ± 3.3 MHz within 15 min.
