为了探索一种更为理想的助产方法,提高会阴保护的完整率,减少会阴裂伤给产妇带来的痛苦,笔者从1998～2002年在按肛法[1]的基础上进行了改进和完善,并与徒手扩张阴道法相结合的方法保护会阴,大大降低了会阴裂伤率。用此法对足月临产经阴道自然分娩无会阴切开指征的产妇633例行会阴保护,临床效果良好,其中500例产妇会阴完整无损,现介绍如下。
