丰台电务工程段试验成功一项小同轴电缆焊接接续新工艺,这项新工艺采用低压6伏直流(或交流)电源,从对接导体(芯线或管线)两端送入,电流流过对接处产生热效应,使导体(芯线或管线)在对接处熔接,熔接时使用磷铜合金焊料作为助焊剂。为了保证焊接质量和电缆的良好复原,焊接前后,要使用特制的几种小工具,进行剥切、开管、剪接、卡固、焊接、矫管、复管等工作。过去小同轴电缆接续是采用压接法,其缺点是焊接处容易氧化,导电可靠性差,受力不均匀,不易检查接续质量。采用新工艺后,焊
