本研究在10~16岁的43位错患者上进行。以肌电图为指标,检测性别对颞肌和咬肌肌电幅值大小的影响。结果表明,男性受试者在正中颌位的颞、咬肌的紧咬电位明显高于女性的紧咬电位,安氏Ⅱ类颞、咬肌的紧咬电位男性明显高于女性,而安氏Ⅰ类颞,咬肌的紧咬电位在性别上无显著差异;受试者做开闭口运动时,男性颞肌电位明显高于女性,而咬肌开闭口电位无显著差异。
The study was performed on 43 patients 10 to 16 years old. Electromyography as an indicator to detect gender and masseter muscle myoelectric effect on the magnitude of the size. The results showed that the biting potential of the masseter muscle of the male subjects was significantly higher than that of the female ones at the median jaw position. The biting potentials of Class Ⅱ temporal and masseter muscles were significantly higher in males than in females, Class Ⅰ temporal, masseter biting potential no significant gender differences; subjects to do mouth opening and closing movements, the male temporalis potentials were significantly higher than the female, masseter muscle opening and closing port potential was no significant difference.
