探讨针刺治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的机理,并加以论证,为其临床应用提供理论依据。方法:选择大鼠建立糖尿病视网膜病变动物模型,分别以针刺治疗及胰岛素治疗,并设正常对照组及模型对照组,于3 个月及6 个月取大鼠血清及视网膜检测IL-2 和TNF 及电镜检察。结果:各时段IL-2 针刺及胰岛素治疗组明显高于模型对照组;TNF 明显低于模型对照组。两者与正常对照组无显著性差异,针刺后电镜观察视网膜微血管病变得到改善。结论:针刺治疗糖尿病视网病变的机理在于有效地抑制TNF的生物合成和释放,抑制IL-2 的消耗。
To explore the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of diabetic retinopathy, and to be demonstrated, to provide a theoretical basis for its clinical application. Methods: Animal model of diabetic retinopathy was established in rats. Acupuncture therapy and insulin therapy were given separately. The normal control group and model control group were also established. Serum and retina were collected at 3 and 6 months for detection of IL-2 and TNF and electron microscopy. Results: The levels of IL-2 in acupuncture and insulin treatment groups were significantly higher than those in the model control group at each time point; TNF was significantly lower than the model control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups and the normal control group. Electron microscope observation of retinal microvascular lesions improved after acupuncture. Conclusion: The mechanism of acupuncture treatment of diabetic retinopathy is to effectively inhibit the biosynthesis and release of TNF, and to inhibit the depletion of IL-2.
