使用全数字技术,采用单信号传输线实现远距离多点温度检测和湿度检测在粮情检测系统中应用具有十分重要的意义,可以说是粮库管理通向信息化时代的必由之路。 本文介绍的分布式测控系统以Pentuim微机为上位机,以数据采集器为下位机。各个库房的下位机通过湿度变送器采集库房湿度数据,根据上位机给定的设置值,决定是否起动去湿机工作,以控制库房湿度。粮情检测的重点是温度检测,系统在每个库房均安排了多个下位机,他们分别通过传输线与数字式温度传感器相联,采集各测温点温度数据。以串行通信方式实现的信息传输,系统硬件组成如图1所示。

The lower computer in each warehouse acquires humidity data of the warehouse through the humidity transmitter, and determines whether to start the dehumidifier to work according to the setting value given by the upper computer to control the humidity in the warehouse. The focus of grain inspection is temperature detection. The system arranges several lower position machines in each storeroom. They are connected with digital temperature sensors through transmission lines, and collect the temperature data of each temperature measurement point. To achieve the serial communication of information transmission, the system hardware components shown in Figure 1.
