目的:研究水试法应用于中药鉴定的实践效果。方法:2013年1月—2013年4月,我院共购进11味中草药需要鉴别,按照鉴定的方法不同,分为观察组(使用传统的水试法鉴定)和对照组(使用先进的仪器进行相关鉴定),对比两组方法在鉴定准确度高低、鉴定时间以及鉴定成本情况。结果:观察组的鉴定准确率为90.9%(10/11),对照组的鉴定准确率为100%(11/11),无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组在1 h内鉴定中药种类占比72.7%(8/11),明显高于对照组的27.3%(3/11),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组鉴定中药所用的时间为(7.6±1.5)min,明显高于对照组的(19.4±1.6)min,且观察组的鉴定成本为(25.8±12.5)元,明显低于对照组的(146.8±43.6)元,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:水试法作为传统的鉴定中药真伪、优劣的手段,原理简单,操作易懂,根据中药遇水发生颜色或者形态的改变的特性进行判定,能在较短的时间内鉴定完成一类中药的检测。相对现代高科技而言有以下几点好处:成本较低,鉴定所需时间较短,操作简单。准确度较高,安全性好,值得推荐。
Objective: To study the practical effect of water test applied to the identification of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: From January 2013 to April 2013, a total of 11 Chinese herbal medicines were purchased from our hospital for identification. Conclusion: As a traditional method of authenticating the authenticity, inferiority and inferiority of traditional Chinese medicine, the water test method is simple in principle and easy to understand. According to the characteristics of the change of color or shape of the Chinese medicine in contact with water, it can be identified in a short time Class of Chinese medicine testing. Relatively modern high-tech terms in terms of the following advantages: lower cost, identification of the shorter time required, easy to operate. High accuracy, good safety, it is recommended.
