事业单位是我国社会建设力量的重要组成部分,能够为民众提供多样化的社会服务,是促进社会福利增长的基本保障。随着我国市场化程度的加深以及经济全球化的迅速发展,事业单位的运行体制以及管理方式逐渐显现出与社会发展不相协调的发展态势。为了提升事业单位的核心竞争力实现可持续发展,进而为我国建设社会主义和谐社会贡献更多的力量,必须对事业单位的各项运行情况进行调整和改革。本文在实际工作的基础上对我国事业单位管理、制度等方面的内容进行了深入的研究,探讨了事业单位经济改革的有效措施。
Institutions are an important part of the social construction in our country. Providing diversified social services to the general public is the basic guarantee for the growth of social welfare. With the deepening of marketization in our country and the rapid development of economic globalization, the operation system and management style of public institutions have gradually shown a trend of development that is incompatible with social development. In order to enhance the core competitiveness of public institutions and achieve sustainable development so as to contribute more power to the building of a harmonious socialist society in our country, we must readjust and reform the various operational conditions of public institutions. Based on the actual work, this article deeply studies the contents of the management and system of public institutions in our country, and discusses the effective measures of economic reform in public institutions.
