焊接制造技术是一门理论性和实践性较强的综合性技术。其中CO_2气体保护焊适用于绝大多数金属材料的焊接,目前在焊接生产中应用极其广泛。然而气孔的存在,会造成焊缝效承载面积减小、力学性能降低、应力集中等问题,从而引起焊接结构失稳、破坏。本文就CO_2气体保护焊中出现的气孔的产生原因及预防措施进行探讨,以指导焊接人员在实际作业下,有效控制气孔缺陷,获得满意焊缝质量。
Welding manufacturing technology is a theoretical and practical comprehensive technology. Among them, CO 2 gas shielded welding is suitable for the welding of most metal materials and is widely used in welding production. However, the existence of pores will result in the decrease of bearing area, the decrease of mechanical properties and the stress concentration, which will cause the welded structure to be unstably damaged. In this paper, the causes of CO 2 gas shielded welding appear and preventive measures are discussed in order to guide the welding personnel in actual operation, effectively control the porosity defects and obtain satisfactory weld quality.
