为保证沥青道面施工过程中控制压实度满足设计要求,减少后期钻芯检测对道面的破坏,采用无核密度仪进行密度测试,并与钻芯测试密度及换算压实度数据对比分析,进而研究了标定后用于现场动态控制压实度随碾压遍数的变化规律,得到无核密度仪在沥青面层检测时压实度的控制精度及误差。试验结果显示:无核密度仪必须针对不同结构层、级配类型和不同材料,结合钻芯法测试值进行合理标定,同时建议适量增加标定数量为10~15点,以降低选点误差和测试误差,使其精度控制在2%以内。研究了无核密度仪与水中重法测试压实度之间的换算关系。
