在棉蚜刺吸取食胁迫条件下 ,棉花会发生一系列应激反应并产生诱导抗性 ,其中抗氧化酶系统在这一防御机制中起重要作用。实验结果表明 ,POD和CAT对蚜虫刺吸为害反应最早 ,酶活性变化大 ,SOD反应次之。蚜虫为害后 ,这三种酶的活性都有不同程度的升高 ,但抗蚜品种比感蚜品种上升得更早更多。这种反应速度和强弱与品种抗蚜性高低呈正相关 ,且对后期蚜虫种群总量的消长有一定的影响。
Cotton aphid feeding stress-induced stress conditions, cotton will have a series of stress response and induced resistance, in which the antioxidant enzyme system plays an important role in this defense mechanism. The experimental results showed that POD and CAT had the earliest damage reaction to aphid parasitization, the enzyme activity changed greatly, and the SOD response was the second. After the aphids were harmed, the activity of these three enzymes increased to some extent, but the resistant varieties rose more and more than the susceptible varieties. The speed and intensity of this reaction was positively correlated with the level of resistance to aphids, and had a certain impact on the growth and decline of the total amount of aphids.
