β肾上腺能受体阻断剂对甲状腺机能亢进(简称甲亢)的疗效已充分被肯定,其中对心得安的研究和应用最广泛。然而,究竟通过拮抗哪一种β肾上腺能受体以发挥疗效,其机制未明。由于观察到对甲亢患者快速或缓慢地给予心得安,可引起血清 T_3明显减低而rT_3显著升高,致使很多研究者认为改变甲状腺激素的末梢代谢是该药的主要作用方式。作者根据美多心安(metoprolol)治疗甲亢疗效如心得安,而对甲状腺激素的末梢代谢毫无作用,为此对上述假设提出疑问,
β adrenergic receptor blockers on the efficacy of hyperthyroidism (referred to as hyperthyroidism) has been fully affirmed, of which propranolol is the most widely used and applied. However, the mechanism by which β-adrenergic receptor is antagonistic is not clear. Because of the rapid or slow administration of propranolol to patients with hyperthyroidism, serum T_3 was significantly reduced and rT_3 was significantly elevated, leading many investigators to suggest that changing the peripheral metabolism of thyroid hormone is the primary mode of action.
