目的识别、评价某电子铝箔建设项目可能产生的职业病危害,为企业职业卫生管理提供依据。方法依据现行的职业卫生相关标准,采用现场调查、现场检测、检查表和职业健康检查相结合的方式进行职业病危害控制效果评价。结果该项目工作场所噪声存在超标现象,锯切与铣面、压延车间噪声合格率33.3%、42.9%;其他职业危害因素均未超过职业接触限值的要求。结论该项目在噪声防护上存在一些问题,如采取本评价提出的建议,工作场所职业危害情况会得到改善和控制。
Objective To identify and evaluate the possible occupational hazards that may occur in an electronic foil construction project and provide the basis for the enterprise’s occupational health management. Methods According to the current occupational health standards, the effect of occupational disease hazard control was evaluated by means of on-the-spot investigation, on-site inspection, checklist and occupational health examination. Results The noise in the workplace of the project exceeded the standard. The passing rates of sawing, milling and rolling workshops were 33.3% and 42.9% respectively. Other occupational hazards did not exceed the occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The project poses some problems in terms of noise protection. Taking the suggestions made in this evaluation, the occupational hazards in the workplace will be improved and controlled.
