2003年1月10日,福建省农业机械化研究所等单位承担的省科技厅重大科技项目“4LB-1.37型半梳式半喂入联合收割机”顺利通过了由省科技厅主持的专家鉴定。省经贸委、省农机局等有关领导及人员也参加了鉴定会。按照鉴定程序,项目负责人邱先钧高工结合录像、幻灯片、计算机三维动画对项目进行了详细介绍,然后专家质疑。鉴定意见认为:该机的主要创新点:1)采用主副滚筒并行同向轴流的脱粒工艺流程,可减少夹带损失,减低运行功耗;2)在
