目的:探讨败酱草多糖的免疫调节作用及对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠的影响。方法:通过血清溶血素及抗体生成细胞水平试验、碳粒廓清试验评价败酱草多糖是否具有免疫调节作用;采用S_(180)荷瘤小鼠实验,通过对脏器指数及血清白蛋白、VEGF、TNF-α、IL-2、GSH-Px、CAT、SOD、MDA等指标的测定,探讨其抑瘤作用及潜在机制。结果:败酱草多糖可升高小鼠血清溶血素、抗体生成细胞水平及单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能;同时能抑制S_(180)荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长,升高小鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数及血清白蛋白水平;并能升高血清TNF-α、IL-2、GSH-Px、CAT及SOD水平,降低血清VEGF、MDA水平。结论:败酱草多糖具有调节小鼠免疫功能及抑制S_(180)荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长的作用,其机制与免疫调节及抗氧化作用有关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the immunomodulatory effect of Lactuca sativa polysaccharides and its effect on S_ (180) tumor-bearing mice. Methods: The levels of serum hemolysin and antibody-producing cells were measured, and the carbon clearance test was used to evaluate whether the polysaccharides from Patrinia might have an immunomodulatory effect. Using S 180 experiment in mice, , TNF-α, IL-2, GSH-Px, CAT, SOD, MDA and other indicators to explore its anti-tumor effect and potential mechanism. Results: Pago juniper polysaccharide could increase serum hemolysin, antibody-producing cells and phagocytic function of monocyte-macrophage cells, inhibit tumor growth and increase spleen index in mice with S_ (180) Thymus index and serum albumin level. It also increased serum levels of TNF-α, IL-2, GSH-Px, CAT and SOD, and decreased serum VEGF and MDA levels. Conclusion: Pago juniper polysaccharide can regulate the immune function of mice and inhibit the growth of tumor in S_ (180) tumor-bearing mice. Its mechanism is related to immune regulation and antioxidation.
