后装机治疗残存病是一种方法。通过对20例外周型肺癌的残存癌的治疗分析，总有效率70％．内照射前后癌快缩小（P＜0．01），临床症状减轻（P＜0．05）。鳞癌效果最好，与直径大于3cm的腺癌比较P＜0．05。我们指出内照射治疗外周型肺癌的适应证、临床经验及并发症的原因。
Post-installation treatment of residual disease is a method. Through the treatment of residual cancer in 20 cases of peripheral lung cancer, the total effective rate is 70%. Before and after irradiation, the cancer was rapidly reduced (P<0.01) and clinical symptoms were relieved (P<0.05). The squamous cell carcinoma had the best effect, and P<0.05 compared with the adenocarcinoma with a diameter larger than 3cm. We point out the indications, clinical experience, and causes of complications of internal irradiation in the treatment of peripheral lung cancer.
