目的考察对话式班级心理辅导对大学生心理健康的促进作用。方法在师范院校的一年级学生中随机抽样实验班和对照班,实验班进行30课时,共15次的对话式班级心理辅导,对照班不做干预。干预前后两班样本配对t检验。结果实验班干预前后的强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执6个因子差异极显著(P<0.01),躯体化、精神病性2个因子差异显著(P<0.05);95%的学生认为课程学习对自己帮助很大,54.7%的学生对辅导活动的满意次数达13次以上。结论对话式班级心理辅导是深受学生欢迎的心理健康教育有效途径之一。
Objective To investigate the promotion effect of conversational class psychological counseling on college students’ mental health. Methods The experimental class and control class were randomly sampled in first grade students of normal university and the conversational class psychological counseling was conducted in 15 classes for 30 hours in experimental class. The control class did not intervene. Two groups before and after intervention paired t test. Results There were significant differences in obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and paranoia between the experimental class before and after intervention (P <0.01), somatization and psychosis (P <0.05) Of students think that coursework helps them a lot and 54.7% of students are satisfied with the counseling activities for more than 13 times. Conclusion Conversational class psychological counseling is one of the effective ways of psychological health education, which is welcomed by students.
