目的 :观察人工晶体植入手术联合视功能训练对先天性白内障患儿视功能恢复的影响 ,探讨先天性白内障的治疗方法。方法 :对 5 6例 ( 72眼 )先天性白内障人工晶状体植入术后视功能恢复情况进行回顾性分析 ,采用白内障超声乳化术或双腔注吸术 ,掌握手术和人工晶状体植入时机、选择适宜的人工晶状体度数、术中一期后囊膜撕开 ,术后及时进行双眼视功能训练。术后随访 2年以上。结果 :术后 2年 ,矫正视力≥ 0 .3者 5 5眼 ( 76.4% ) ,具有融合功能者 2 4例 ( 4 2 .9% ) ,具有立体视觉者 2 2例 ( 39.3% )。中央视轴区透明者 65眼( 90 .3% ) ,后囊及玻璃体前界膜增殖膜形成者 7眼 ( 9.7% )。结论 :先天性白内障人工晶状体植入手术时机、术式选择恰当 ,术后配合视功能训练可获得较满意的视功能恢复
Objective: To observe the effect of intraocular lens implantation combined with visual function training on visual function recovery in children with congenital cataract and to explore the treatment of congenital cataract. Methods: Retrospective analysis was performed on the visual function recovery of 56 cases (72 eyes) of congenital cataract after intraocular lens implantation. The timing of operation and intraocular lens implantation was determined by cataract phacoemulsification or double-lumen injection. Appropriate degree of intraocular lens, intraoperative a tear after the capsular bag, postoperative visual function training binocular. Follow-up after 2 years. Results: Two years after operation, 53 eyes (76.4%) had corrected visual acuity of 0.3 or more, 24 patients (42.9%) had fusion function and 22 patients (39.3%) had stereopsis. There were 65 eyes (90.3%) of the clear central axial region and 7 eyes (9.7%) of the posterior capsule and the anterior vitreous membrane proliferative membrane. Conclusion: The timing of intraocular lens implantation for cataract surgery and the appropriate choice of surgical procedures, combined with visual function training after surgery can be more satisfactory recovery of visual function
